The focus was on the young alumni of Birkenhead School in September, as the Old Birkonian Society put on a drinks event for their under-25 cohort at the Library in Oxton.
Many of those who attended were fresh members of the Society, having just finished their A Levels, so it was a perfect chance to let them know about the networking opportunities and events that they can look forward to in the years to come as they begin their professional journeys. Also in attendance were those who were soon due to be going back to university or undertaking apprenticeships, as well as staff from the School and representatives from the OBS Council.
The Society are looking forward to their next events which include their annual London Dinner this year to be held at the Houses of Parliament in November, and a business networking Liverpool Lunch in December.
